Description The E&P Index aims to provide a true and fair representation of the return potential of the global futures market. Based on a rule based selection methodology, the most liquid and well functioning futures markets are selected for the E&P Index, to provide a good representation of a well diversified set of constitutes from a broad range of sectors. To achieve its objective, the E&P Index offers access to systematic models which are primarily trend following in nature with allocation based on quantitative processes that screen and analyze price movements of a wide range of futures across different markets. Based on identified opportunities, such models allocate to a diversified portfolio of futures.

The E&P Index is composed of a number of different constituents. Such constituents may vary from time to time and the composition of the E&P can change without prior notice thereof as constituents may be removed or included in accordance with the selection criteria for the constituents included in the E&P Index. Estlander & Partners Ltd may at any time and without prior notice change the selection criteria for the index constituents. A monthly report setting out the composition of the E&P Index per month end is published on this website in the beginning of each month for the preceding month.

The index value presented on this website sets out the value of the E&P Index as of the relevant date net of trading costs and fees but gross of fees and costs relating to any product that is linked to the E&P Index, such as e.g. management and incentive fees. The value of the E&P Index is calculated based on valuations of the different instruments contained in the E&P Index as constituents on the respective valuation date. The values of the constituents included in the E&P Index are based on information obtained from independent sources.
